Shipping and Return Policy

 

Shipping:

1.  Products purchased through our online store are shipped to our customers via UPS Ground.  Please be sure to specify any special delivery instructions in the customer comments section during the checkout process.

2.  Silver Needle Inc.™ will manufacture and ship your products as quickly as possible. Please remember many of our products are "made-to-order" and are not manufactured until after our customers have approved and purchased the product. Production times may vary depending on our manufacturing schedule and fabric availability. Our products are shipped immediately upon completion, and the status of your order will be updated and tracked accordingly.  

3.  Product weights may vary due to the type of fabric, size of the garment, and any customizations selected. Our products are packaged in the smallest box possible and the final weight is determined when packaging is complete. Product weights displayed on the website are estimated as closely as possible based on prior shipments of the same or similar products.

4.  Some products and shipments may be subject to additional handling fees which are calculated at checkout.

**CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY**  

Unfortunately, our valued Canadian customers may be charged additional costs at the time of pickup or delivery due to special fees and taxations imposed on products shipped from the United States.  Please understand these charges are not executed by Silver Needle Inc.™ and are solely the customer's responsibility.

Returns:

1.  We apply stringent quality assurance procedures to ensure our products are not damaged during the manufacturing and packaging process, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our products we want to hear from you. Silver Needle Inc.™ takes the quality of our safety garments very seriously.  If any defects in our fabrics or issues with our workmanship are noticed, please call us at 1-800-863-7733 so we can correct the problem as quickly as possible.  Our customer's safety and satisfaction are our highest priority! 

2.  Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept general returns on garments that have been special ordered or used. Seller reserves the right to determine eligibility of return for purchased product(s). Discretion is advised in Buyers final selection of any product, whether suggested or otherwise  implied as accurate for intended use or application as is therein represented within our Liability Statement.  

3.  RETURN AUTHORIZATION is required by seller and must be secured prior to shipping any return item.

4.  Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in new and unused merchandisable condition.

5.  Shipping charges are non-refundable except on any product identified as having defects in workmanship, manufacturing, or product contamination.

6.  When determined any damage or defect to an item was caused outside of the customers control, Silver Needle Inc.™ will cover shipping costs and fees associated with the return. We will repair, replace, or issue a full refund as is applicable.

7.  Our customer's safety is of utmost concern at Silver Needle Inc.™ Although we reserve the right to be responsible in determining suitability of merchandise for repair, replacement, or return based upon defects in manufacturing, workmanship, or contamination of materials; wear and misuse must also be evaluated. Silver Needle Inc.™ affirms mutual cooperation in the process of determining reasonable and valid cause for merchandise repair, replacement or return and shall fairly consider all evidence relevant to such requests.

8.  Refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Silver Needle Inc.™ does not store customer credit card information.  Please allow time for the retrieval of the necessary information to process the transaction from our secure vendor.  Credit in the amount of the original sales price of the product(s) can be applied to your online account; please contact us for more information at 1-800-863-7733.
